Return Policy
How does it work?

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Click on “Orders”, then select the order and click on “Request Return”.
  3. Select the item(s) you want to return from the list. Only eligible items will be shown.
  4. Choose the most appropriate return reason.
  5. Add any comments if you’d like to provide additional information.
  6. Our customer service team will reach out to you and discuss the next steps.

Non-eligible items for return, replacement, or exchange:

  • Incomplete products with tampered or missing parts.
  • Damaged items caused by misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still within the warranty period.

Note: If the item was purchased on sale, the refund/store credit will be issued for the same value paid when placing the order ONLY.

Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. The refund will then be processed according to our refund policy.


Refund Policy:
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 100 days of the purchase date. If you are returning an item within the 100-day window, please ship back everything you received in the initial purchase to qualify for a full refund.

Gifts such as free products cannot be refunded. Gift items can only be returned if the complete order is returned.

We do not refund delivery fees. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error.
